Bathroom and Shower Remodel
• A bathroom renovation can greatly increase the comfort and convenience experienced in everyday life. It is also commonly referred to as the home improvement with the highest return on investment when it comes time to sell. Some of our favorite projects have been the dramatic changes achieved in updating an old bathroom.
Timeline
•A tub and tile surround or shower replacement will take 6-8 working days depending on the infrastructure required.
•A typical 8’x5’ bathroom update with no enlarging of the room, or relocation of fixtures will take between 2-3 weeks from demolition to completion.
•Larger bathrooms will vary from 3-6 weeks depending on stylistic choices and how much infrastructure needs to be altered.
•Any permits required will be obtained after an estimate has been accepted and before any work commences.
Cost
•We recognize that every customer’s vision for their bathroom is unique with different preferences and requirements. As there is so much variety in bathroom fixtures, tiles, and accessories the ranges in price will vary greatly depending on what you’re looking for. That being said our ballpark numbers are as follows
•Partial bathroom remodel; shower/bathtub, tile and shower fixtures only: $7000-$10,000+
•Standard 8’x5’ bathroom with midgrade fixtures $12,000-$16,000+
•Large four piece bathroom with midgrade fixtures $22,000-$30,000+
Quality
•Every one of our showers comes with a waterproof membrane installed before tiling. This ensures that if any moisture works it’s way behind the tile it will still end make it’s way to the drain.
•When installing tile we use best practices for a smooth, long lasting, and esthetically pleasing shower or floor.
•We pride ourselves on a high quality drywall finish, and use Benjamin Moore products to finish all of our projects.
•We update or install a new bath fan in all of our projects to ensure proper airflow in your new bathroom.
